1.Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "betpto", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the betpto platform accessible at betpto.net.
- "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with betpto or accesses the betpto platform.
- "Platform" refers to the betpto website, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software made available by betpto.

3.Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years of age. betpto operates exclusively as an age-restricted platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gaming in your location, including your specific province or city within Pakistan, before registering with betpto.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
betpto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by betpto will result in account suspension pending verification completion.
4.Account Registration
To access betpto's real-money services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all betpto account registrations:
- One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one betpto account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your betpto account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid email address.
- Account currency: betpto accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after account creation.
- Account sharing: You must not share your betpto account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your account. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered account holder.
5.Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpto account login credentials. betpto strongly recommends the following security practices:

- Never share your betpto password with any person, including betpto customer support staff. betpto staff will never ask for your full password.

betpto will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. 6.Deposits
The following terms govern all deposits made to your betpto account:
- betpto accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
- The minimum deposit at betpto is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
- All deposits are processed in PKR. Deposits made via non-PKR payment methods will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
- betpto does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which betpto accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- betpto reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects has been made fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of any applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
7.Withdrawals
The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from your betpto account:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to your betpto account, or to a method registered in your own verified name.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, betpto may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by providing a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
- betpto reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending completion of any ongoing verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement review.
- Any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met in full.
8.Bonuses & Promotions
betpto may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotions to registered players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- betpto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse – including, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between players, exploitation of software errors, or any other behaviour determined by betpto to constitute bad-faith bonus usage – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Players who have opted for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or redeem any betpto promotion.
9.Gaming Rules
All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and arcade titles available on betpto are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface, together with these general Terms & Conditions. The following general gaming rules apply:
- All games on betpto use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within each game's help or information section.
- betpto is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by network connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, betpto's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected bets.
- Attempts to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, exploits, or any other technical means are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

10.Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the betpto sportsbook:
- All bets are accepted at betpto's discretion. betpto reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at any time without providing a reason.
- Bets placed on betpto sportsbook are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the UFC for mixed martial arts events).

- betpto will void any bet where there is clear evidence that the odds at the time of acceptance were materially incorrect due to a technical error.
11.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpto platform. betpto reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following:
- Registering more than one account with betpto, whether under the same or a different name.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit to your betpto account.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports bet.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party software designed to automate or manipulate gameplay on betpto.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or vulnerability in the betpto platform for financial gain.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable financial crime laws.
- Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your betpto account.
12.Responsible Gaming
betpto is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered players:
- 18+ age restriction: betpto strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 18 years. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

13.Intellectual Property
All content on the betpto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of betpto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betpto platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any betpto content without betpto's prior written consent.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpto's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your betpto account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16.Amendments to Terms
betpto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
